Old Skool House

Welcome to our family home on a quiet street in the heart of Peckham. A calm, stylish base to come back to after exploring the vibrancy of Peckham + Nunhead village, jumping on the train to central London or wandering around Peckham Rye or Nunhead Cemetery.

We're a photographer and an audio engineer and having recently moved to the sea we wanted to offer others the opportunity to enjoy our home. We have a young son who loves the space both downstairs and up, so children are very welcome.

The space This old Victorian school conversion, set over 2 floors (officially a maisonette), was originally purchased in 2004. It has been recently renovated, sympathetically to its roots, with contemporary styling and features. We have tried to create a calm, comfortable, cosy and cheerful place for you to enjoy :-).

Tucked away on a quiet street, yet close to the hussle and bussle of Rye Lane, the open plan, spacious layout is peaceful inside but surrounded by everything that makes this part of London so inspiring. You’re a stone's throw from 5 star independent coffee houses, an eclectic mix of bars, local breweries, pubs and restaurants serving great food from all corners of the world. Copeland Park and Peckham's illustrious Bussey Building are just around the corner - where you can find local galleries, independent theatres, a rooftop cinema, cross fit gym, skate park and even a sauna. The two beautiful open green spaces of Peckham Rye Common and Nunhead Cemetery are also both on your doorstep.
